- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Step by step instructions
- In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth while stirring gently.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions (if desired) and serve immediately.
