5 minute keto egg drop soup recipe[edit | edit source]

  1. 2 cups chicken broth
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 2 tbsp heavy cream
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/4 tsp pepper
  6. 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Step by step instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth while stirring gently.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions (if desired) and serve immediately.
