5 minute keto pizza recipe[edit | edit source]

  1. 1/4 cup almond flour
  2. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  3. 1 tbsp cream cheese
  4. 1 egg
  5. Pizza toppings of your choice (ex: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, etc.)

Step by step instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and egg.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased skillet or pizza pan and form into a pizza crust shape.
  3. Add your desired toppings.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees f for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Bacon cheese burger casserole[edit | edit source]

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1/2 cup diced onion
  3. 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  4. 4 cloves of garlic
  5. 6 slices of bacon
  6. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  7. 1/4 cup heavy cream
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)

Step by step instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion, diced mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cook the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture, bacon, shredded cheese, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions (if desired) and serve.
