- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- Pizza toppings of your choice (ex: pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
Step by step instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and egg.
- Press the mixture into a greased skillet or pizza pan and form into a pizza crust shape.
- Add your desired toppings.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees f for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Bacon cheese burger casserole[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 6 slices of bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
Step by step instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add diced onion, diced mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Cook the bacon in a separate skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef mixture, bacon, shredded cheese, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced green onions (if desired) and serve.
