This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Asian Chicken Stir Fry with Broccoli. It's easy to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the coconut oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink in the middle.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook until they are tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
