Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a large bowl, combine the avocados, radishes, fennel, and carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
