Bacon Wrapped Halloumi Cheese is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe. It combines the salty, smoky flavor of bacon with the unique, semi-hard texture of halloumi cheese. This dish is perfect for a quick snack, appetizer, or even a main course.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. Wrap each slice of halloumi cheese with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the wrapped halloumi to the skillet and cook until the bacon is crispy on all sides. This should take about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
