Bacon Wrapped Keto Meatloaf[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and satisfying keto friendly recipe for Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. It's packed with flavor and is sure to become a favorite in your household.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 lb of bacon
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, almond flour, eggs, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
- Wrap the loaf with the bacon, tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the meatloaf is cooked through.
- Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
