Baked Artichokes is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is a perfect side dish or appetizer that is not only easy to prepare but also packed with nutrients.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Trim the stems and the tops of the artichokes. Remove the outer tough leaves.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the artichokes, making sure to get it in between the leaves.
  5. Wrap each artichoke in foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the leaves can be easily removed.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
