Baked Cheese is a delicious, keto-friendly dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor. It's a perfect snack or appetizer for those following a keto diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g of cheese (choose a type that melts well, such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice the cheese into thin pieces and arrange them on the tray.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
