Baked Snapper with Onions and Asparagus[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 snapper fillets
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the snapper fillets in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix together the sliced onion, asparagus, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Spread this mixture evenly over the snapper fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the snapper is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
