Boiled eggs with mayonnaise is a simple, yet delicious keto friendly recipe. It's perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover the saucepan. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 9-12 minutes.
  3. After the eggs have finished cooking, drain the hot water and replace it with cold water. Let the eggs cool for a few minutes.
  4. Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, peel them and cut them in half.
  5. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each egg half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives.
