  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle iron.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
