Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the eggs. Mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle iron.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
