Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin with Sausage[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and hearty keto friendly recipe that combines the flavors of broccoli, cauliflower, and sausage in a creamy gratin. It's perfect for a comforting dinner or a side dish.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until they are just tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli and cauliflower, cooked sausage, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the top with the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
