This is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe for Broccoli and Cauliflower in Cheese Sauce. It's a perfect side dish or a main course for those following a ketogenic diet.

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until they are just tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Gradually add the cheese, stirring until it is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
