Broccoli Salad with Fresh Dill[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Broccoli Salad with Fresh Dill. It's easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still crisp. This should take about 5 minutes. Once done, rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process and drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, chopped red onion, and chopped almonds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
