Browned Butter Cauliflower Mash is a delicious, keto-friendly side dish that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor. This recipe serves 4.

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until they are very tender.
  2. While the cauliflower is steaming, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue to cook the butter, stirring occasionally, until it turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the browned butter and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Once the cauliflower is tender, drain it well and transfer it to a food processor.
  5. Add the browned butter and garlic mixture, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to the food processor.
  6. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  8. Transfer the cauliflower mash to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
