Brussels Sprouts and Bacon in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly dish. It combines the flavors of Brussels sprouts, bacon, and parmesan cheese in a creamy sauce.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  3. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the roasted Brussels sprouts and cooked bacon to the skillet and stir until they are coated in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
