Bulletproof coffee
Bulletproof Coffee Recipe[edit | edit source]
Bulletproof coffee is a high-calorie drink designed to kick-start your day. It's made from quality coffee beans, MCT oil (or coconut oil), and grass-fed butter. This recipe is keto-friendly, meaning it's low in carbs and high in fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 cup of coffee
- 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter
- 1 tablespoon of MCT oil or coconut oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Brew 1 cup of coffee using filtered water with 2 ½ heaping tablespoons of freshly ground coffee beans.
- Add in 1-2 tablespoons of MCT oil. Start with 1 teaspoon and work your way up to 1-2 tablespoons over several days.
- Add 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter.
- Mix everything in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it looks like a creamy latte. There should be a good amount of froth on top.
