This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor. The main ingredients are fish, butter, brussels sprouts, and mushrooms.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 fish fillets
- 2 cups of brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 cups of mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brussels sprouts and mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Spread the vegetable mixture around the fish in the baking dish.
- Drizzle the remaining butter and lemon juice over the fish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
