Butter Roasted Cauliflower is a delicious and healthy keto friendly dish. It is easy to prepare and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
