This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for Buttery Harissa Shrimp Skewers. It's perfect for a quick dinner or a healthy lunch.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, harissa paste, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
