Chicken Satay Sauce (Keto Friendly)[edit | edit source]

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lime juice, and chili flakes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
