Chili Salmon with Tomato and Asparagus[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe that is easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the salmon is baking, heat a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the asparagus to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Add the tomatoes, garlic, and lemon juice to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the salmon with the asparagus and tomato mixture on the side.
