  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chorizo to the pan and cook until browned.
  3. Remove the chorizo from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  5. Chop the green cabbage into thin strips and add to the pan. Cook until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Return the chorizo to the pan and add the heavy cream. Stir to combine.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes until the cream has thickened.
  9. Serve hot.
