Crabs Stuffed with Tomatoes, Basil, and Hazelnuts[edit | edit source]

This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for crabs stuffed with tomatoes, basil, and hazelnuts. It's a perfect dish for those who are on a ketogenic diet and love seafood.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 4 large crabs, cleaned and shells reserved
  • 2 cups of tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, and chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Add the olive oil to the mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff the crab shells with the tomato, basil, and hazelnut mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed crab shells on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve the crabs hot, garnished with extra basil if desired.
