Creamy Keto Fish Casserole[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until they become translucent.
  3. Add the fish fillets to the pan and cook until they become flaky. Remove the fish and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and cook until they become tender.
  6. In a casserole dish, layer the cooked fish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
