A delicious and healthy side dish, Creamy Lemon Green Beans are a perfect addition to any meal. This recipe is keto-friendly, low in carbs, and packed with flavor.

  1. Start by washing the green beans and trimming the ends.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the green beans to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they start to soften.
  4. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and let the green beans simmer in the cream sauce for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened and the green beans are tender.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the green beans just before serving.
