Crispy Baked Keto Chicken BBQ Mayo[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce, sugar-free
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
- Dip each chicken breast into the mayo-BBQ mixture, making sure to coat it evenly. Then, dredge it in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
