Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb Chicken Skin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lay the chicken skin out flat on a Baking Sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
