Crispy Marinated Tofu[edit | edit source]
Crispy Marinated Tofu is a delicious and healthy keto friendly dish. It is easy to prepare and packed with flavors. This recipe serves 4 people.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 block of tofu
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil for frying
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. This will be your marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated tofu to the pan and fry until crispy and golden brown on all sides.
