Crispy Marinated Tofu is a delicious and healthy keto friendly dish. It is easy to prepare and packed with flavors. This recipe serves 4 people.

  1. Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. This will be your marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated tofu to the pan and fry until crispy and golden brown on all sides.
