  4. Fold the mashed berries and vanilla extract into the whipped cream, mixing until well combined.
  5. Roughly chop the almonds and sprinkle them on top of the mousse for a crunchy texture.
  6. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
