The Electrolyte Elixir Drink is a refreshing and hydrating beverage, perfect for those following a keto diet. It's packed with essential electrolytes to help replenish your body after a workout or during a hot day.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1/4 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Magnesium Citrate Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon of Lime Juice
- 2 cups of Water
- Stevia to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by gathering all your ingredients.
- In a large jug or bottle, add the 2 cups of water.
- Add the 1/4 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt.
- Add the 1/2 teaspoon of Magnesium Citrate Powder.
- Squeeze in the lemon and lime juice.
- Add Stevia to taste.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are fully dissolved.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice.
