Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	To show the cover art of an unreleased comic book issue, released onto the Internet by the original artist himself.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	This is close to an "alternative, free illustration" seeing as how the original artist released it onto the Internet himself with no apparent disclaimers of copyright, and Marvel Comics never released the comic book this was supposed to be the cover of.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Used as thumbnail in the "Conception and unrealized plans" section to illustrate what could have been for future issues. Thumbnail text will link to the Nightmare on Elm Street Companion page for bigger size.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The comic book was unreleased, the title was cancelled with its previous issue, so no monetary gain was ever made from this cover art.
