Fried Cabbage with Crispy Bacon[edit | edit source]
Fried Cabbage with Crispy Bacon is a delicious and easy-to-make keto dish. It's packed with nutrients and is perfect for those on a low-carb diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 large head of cabbage, shredded
- 200g of bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the pan. Cook until the cabbage is tender and starts to brown.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the crispy bacon back into the pan and stir to combine.
- Serve hot.
