Gluten Free Wrap with Tuna and Egg[edit | edit source]

This is a simple and delicious keto friendly recipe for a Gluten Free Wrap with Tuna and Egg. It's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner and is packed with protein and healthy fats.

  1. Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let them simmer for about 10 minutes. Then, remove from heat and let them cool.
  2. While the eggs are cooling, drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  3. Once the eggs are cool, peel them and chop them into small pieces. Add them to the bowl with the tuna and mix well.
  4. Lay out the gluten free wrap and spread the tuna and egg mixture evenly across it.
  5. Add the lettuce and sliced tomato on top of the tuna and egg mixture.
  6. Roll up the wrap, cut in half, and serve.
