This is a simple and delicious keto friendly recipe for a Gluten Free Wrap with Tuna and Egg. It's perfect for a quick lunch or dinner and is packed with protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 Gluten free wrap
- 1 can of Tuna
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A handful of Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Start by hard boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let them simmer for about 10 minutes. Then, remove from heat and let them cool.
- While the eggs are cooling, drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Once the eggs are cool, peel them and chop them into small pieces. Add them to the bowl with the tuna and mix well.
- Lay out the gluten free wrap and spread the tuna and egg mixture evenly across it.
- Add the lettuce and sliced tomato on top of the tuna and egg mixture.
- Roll up the wrap, cut in half, and serve.
