Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 1/2 cups of Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 cup of Sesame Seeds
- 5 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and half of the sesame seeds.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
