  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and half of the sesame seeds.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
