This is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe for Green Beans with Garlic and Almonds. It's a perfect side dish for any meal and is packed with nutrients.

  1. Start by trimming the ends of the green beans. Rinse them under cold water and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Add the green beans to the skillet. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the beans are tender but still crisp.
  4. While the beans are cooking, toast the sliced almonds in a separate pan over medium heat. Be sure to stir them frequently to prevent burning.
  5. Once the almonds are toasted, add them to the skillet with the green beans and garlic. Stir everything together and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the green beans with garlic and almonds warm.
