Grilled fresh onions is a simple, yet delicious keto friendly recipe. It's a perfect side dish for any meal and can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Peel the onions and cut them into 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Brush both sides of the onion slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the onion slices on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and tender.
- Sprinkle the grilled onions with fresh thyme before serving.
