Grilled Peaches Keto Recipe[edit | edit source]
Grilled peaches are a delicious and keto-friendly dessert that can be enjoyed during the summer months. This recipe is simple to prepare and requires only a few ingredients.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of erythritol
- Whipped cream or Greek yogurt for serving (optional)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Brush the cut side of the peaches with coconut oil.
- Sprinkle the cut side of the peaches with cinnamon and erythritol.
- Place the peaches cut side down on the grill.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes or until the peaches are tender and the sugar has caramelized.
- Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or Greek yogurt if desired.
