Grilled Salmon and Grapefruit is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. It combines the rich, hearty flavors of salmon with the tangy sweetness of grapefruit, creating a dish that is both satisfying and healthy.

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until it's cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. While the salmon is cooking, place the grapefruit halves on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they're slightly charred.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon with the grilled grapefruit halves, garnished with fresh parsley.
