Grilled Salmon and Grapefruit is a delicious and nutritious keto friendly recipe. It combines the rich, hearty flavors of salmon with the tangy sweetness of grapefruit, creating a dish that is both satisfying and healthy.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 grapefruit, halved
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until it's cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- While the salmon is cooking, place the grapefruit halves on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they're slightly charred.
- Serve the grilled salmon with the grilled grapefruit halves, garnished with fresh parsley.
