Grilled Tuna Salad with Garlic Dressing[edit | edit source]

Instructions[edit | edit source]

  1. Preheat grill to high heat.
  2. Brush tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill tuna for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  7. Top salad with grilled tuna and serve immediately.
