Grilled Tuna with Raita Salad is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. It is a perfect blend of protein and healthy fats, making it an ideal choice for those following a ketogenic diet.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- While the tuna is grilling, prepare the raita salad. Peel and dice the cucumber.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, mint leaves, coriander leaves, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
- Serve the grilled tuna with the raita salad on the side.
