Halloumi Fries with Avocado Dip is a delicious and healthy keto friendly recipe. This dish is perfect for those who are on a ketogenic diet and love to enjoy tasty and nutritious food.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 200g of Halloumi cheese
- 1 cup of Almond flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the halloumi into thick slices and set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the egg.
- In another bowl, place the almond flour.
- Dip each slice of halloumi into the egg, then coat it in the almond flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the halloumi slices until golden brown.
- While the halloumi is frying, make the avocado dip. Mash the avocado in a bowl, add the juice of the lime, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the halloumi fries with the avocado dip on the side.
