This is a delicious and easy-to-make keto friendly recipe for Ham and Cheese Quiche with Sun-Dried Tomatoes. It's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is sure to satisfy your cravings without breaking your diet.

- 1 cup of diced ham
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella works great)
