Keto Friendly Hamburger Patties with Onions and Brussels Sprouts[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 lb of Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cups of Brussels Sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Form the ground beef into four equal-sized patties. Season each side with salt and pepper.
- Place the patties on the grill or skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, heat the olive oil in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions to the skillet, cooking until they become translucent and slightly caramelized.
- Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet with the onions, cooking until they become tender and slightly charred.
- Serve the cooked patties with a side of the onions and Brussels sprouts.
