- Hudson is a small town located in Caldwell County, North Carolina, United States. The town was incorporated in 1905 and is named after the Hudson family who were early settlers in the area. Hudson is known for its rich history, friendly community, and beautiful landscapes.

- Hudson is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The town covers a total area of 2.9 square miles, all of it land.

- As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 3,776 people residing in the town. The racial makeup of the town was 95.8% White, 1.2% African American, 0.2% Native American, 0.8% Asian, 0.1% from other races, and 1.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.7% of the population.
