The Italian Keto Plate is a delicious, low-carb meal that is perfect for those following a keto diet. This recipe is packed with healthy fats and proteins, and is sure to satisfy your cravings for Italian cuisine.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of zucchini
- 1/2 cup of bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of Italian sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes to the pan. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- In a separate pan, cook the Italian sausage until it is fully cooked.
- Combine the cooked vegetables and sausage in a large bowl. Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Serve the Italian Keto Plate warm. Enjoy!
