Italian Keto Turkey Meatballs with Zoodles[edit | edit source]

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for another 10 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are simmering, cook the zoodles in a separate skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the meatballs over the zoodles and enjoy!
