- Egg Yolks - 2
- Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 cup
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper - to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
