Keto Asian Cabbage Stir Fry[edit | edit source]
This is a delicious and easy to prepare Keto friendly recipe for Asian Cabbage Stir Fry. It's a perfect dish for those who are on a ketogenic diet and love Asian cuisine.
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- 1 head of Cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the red bell pepper to the pan and continue to sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cabbage to the pan and stir well to combine with the other ingredients.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to the pan and stir well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Continue to cook the stir fry for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
