Keto Asian Chicken Wings with Fried Bok Choi[edit | edit source]
Ingredients[edit | edit source]
- Chicken Wings (1 kg)
- Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Erythritol (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Bok Choi (2 heads)
- Olive Oil (2 tablespoons)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions[edit | edit source]
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, and sesame oil. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
- Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the bok choi and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until wilted and slightly crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken wings with the fried bok choi on the side.
